Volunteer Students Club
The Volunteer Students Club was established in 2010 and promotes volunteering within and outside the University. The members-volunteers consider it their obligation to support individuals in need. Their goal is to make the student community feel the reward of giving and to make as many students as possible experience the journey of offer and continuous participation. Club activities include, among others, awareness campaigns on social and other issues, seminars, exhibitions, fund-raising campaigns (e.g. charity bazaars), collaboration with NGOs, associations, foundations and hospitals, environmental protection activities, cultural and sport events, and blood donation.

– the Club organizes more than 30 activities every year?
– volunteers receive participation certificate for all activities they are involved in?
– the University of Cyprus has received several times first prize for volunteer contribution?
